What is NOT Covered
Misuse & Physical Abuse: Damage caused by drops, extreme mechanical impact, or use outside of the product’s intended industrial scope.
Extreme Environmental Exposure: Damage resulting from charging or discharging the unit in temperatures exceeding the specified operating environment (e.g., freezing temperatures or extreme desert heat without proper ventilation).
Consumables & Wear Items: Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, and the gradual decline of battery capacity over time are not considered manufacturing defects.
What is Covered
Defects in Materials & Workmanship: We cover failures resulting from manufacturing errors, material defects, or workmanship flaws.
Condition of Coverage: The warranty is valid only if the product is used under normal conditions and within its rated technical parameters (e.g., staying within specified surge limits, temperature ranges, and inductive load capacities).
Troubleshooting & RMA Evaluation
Before any unit is returned, WEGREEN follows a strict Technical Assessment Protocol:
1.Remote Diagnostic: Our technical team will first attempt to resolve issues via remote diagnostic guidance.
2.RMA Evaluation: If the issue persists, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued.
3.Factory Assessment: Upon arrival at our facility, the unit will undergo a professional evaluation. If the failure is determined to be a covered defect, we will repair or replace the unit as per our service agreement.
