Refund policy

At WeGreen, we stand behind the engineering of our energy products. To maintain our high standards of quality and safety, we have established the following guidelines for all return and refund requests.

1. Inspection and Reporting Window

1.1 For your protection, please inspect your product immediately upon delivery to ensure it has arrived in perfect condition.

1.2 Any functional defects, manufacturing errors, or transit-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to market@boltpowergroup.com.

1.3 Claims submitted after this 48-hour window may be deemed as an acceptance of the product’s current condition.

2. Return Authorization (RMA) Process

2.1 No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our support team.

2.2 Products must be sent to the specific authorized facility designated by our team during the RMA process. Please do not return items to the shipping origin address found on your package label.

2.3 Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA or to a non-designated address will be rejected, and any associated risks or costs will be the responsibility of the sender.

3. Eligibility for Returns

3.1 All return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, focusing primarily on verified manufacturing defects or severe transit damage.

3.2 Due to the specialized nature and high value of energy storage equipment, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind," accidental orders, or products that show signs of use or alteration.

3.3 To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, cables, and documentation.

4. Shipping and Administrative Costs

4.1 Logistics arrangements and the allocation of shipping costs will be determined during the RMA evaluation process based on the specific nature of the request.

4.2 WeGreen reserves the right to deduct necessary administrative, inspection, or restocking fees from the final refund amount as determined during the case review.

4.3 If a shipment is refused by the customer without prior authorization from WeGreen, the customer shall be responsible for all resulting logistics costs, return shipping, and associated duties.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Approved refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and has passed our technical quality inspection.

5.2 Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
